WHAT DOES MYCARD 代儲 MEAN?

Can't login on the app. Keep acquiring an error. App is English however the error is in Chinese so I do not know what it truly is. Rebooted mobile phone, uninstalled/reinstalled application, turned off knowledge for a few minutes, but no use. I even now are not able to log in towards the app.這些不起訴或緩起訴處分只有法官和檢察官
